A Chartered Accountant by Qualification, Mr. Milind Sharma started his professional career in the year 1995 and has a work experience of 28 years spanning across various domains and well versed with all aspects of audit and taxation. He was partner in a reputed Chartered Accountant firm naming Sharma Vora & Associates.

With the experience garnered their he started M S P A AND ASSOCIATES, Pune with his Audit and Assurance team and heads the Firm. He is responsible to plan, execute and close audit and tax audit assignments of large, medium and small business groups. With great intuitive knowledge in Legal and Taxation issues he provides innovative solutions. He eyes the bullish future and plans on taking the firm to new heights.

PUSHKAR ASAWA (Partner) ACA, B.COM

A Chartered Accountant by Qualification, Pushkar Asawa has a tremendous work experience with respect to various domains and is well versed with all aspects of indirect taxations. He started his professional career in the year 2017 with a Pune based Chartered Accountant firm engaged in Audit and Taxation and managed ever demanding Indirect Taxation division.

Pushkar Asawa then moved to M S P A AND ASSOCIATES, Pune and took over the reins of Indirect Taxations. He specializes into Real Estate Sector and IT Sector. His out of box thinking brings a refreshing pace to the firm and spectacular results to clients.

SAGAR SINGHAL (Partner) FCA, B.COM, DISA (ICAI), Dip. (IFRS).

A Chartered Accountant by Qualification, Sagar Singhal started his professional career in the year 2018 and has a vast work experience. He is well versed with all aspects of audit and taxation. He was a manager in a reputed Chartered Accountant firm naming Agarwal Jakhotia & Co. He has pursued courses such as Diploma in IFRS (UK) and Diploma in Information System Audit.

Having more than 9 years of experience in audits of real estate sector, he has dealt with complex Audit matters related to IND AS, Slump sales, Mergers, Demergers, Conversion, Consolidation, IBC, Raid, Survey, etc.

Sagar Singhal then moved to M S P A AND ASSOCIATES, Pune and started looking after Direct Taxations, Corporate affairs, RERA and Assessments. Mr. Sagar Singhal intends to ensure continued professional competency.
